I have been using the Delaware River guide for information/maps etc., are there more

put in and take out spots that I will have to learn or do you just stick with the published

access points?

Rookie

That book lists pretty much all of the put ins and take outs for canoes and pontoons.  Beware of the float times though.  They are float times only and I've always thought they were for a canoe not a drift boat or pontoon. It does not give you time to stop and fish. Like I said earlier. Start with ridiculously short floats and go from there.  If you finish earlier than normal you can still wade and fish the take out area.
